It involves registering a domain name with NameCheap.com, GoDaddy.com, 1and1.com, or any low-cost Registrar, at a cost of about $10 to $15 per
year.
The web page itself is typically built using a "Google Blog" --
which allows FREE hosting -- backed by the financial stability of Google,
plus fairly easy editing capability.
